Registration Opening – Update

We regret to inform you that the opening of conference registration has been slightly postponed due to unexpected technical complications related to the processing of payments in EUR in coordination with the University’s finance department. Our IT team is currently working to resolve this issue, and registration will be opened as soon as possible. Once registration is fully operational, all interested participants will be informed by email. The deadline for the discounted Early Bird registration fee will be extended accordingly to reflect the duration of these technical complications.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Payment and Invoicing

The conference fee and accommodation may be paid either by bank transfer or by credit card. In both cases, each participant will receive an invoice containing all necessary details, including the invoice number, date, billing address, and VAT number (if applicable). Invoices will be issued based on the information provided during registration, such as the institution name, address, VAT number, and other billing details. Please ensure that all information is correct at the time of registration.

All bank charges involved in transactions are to be paid by the participant!

The conference fees include admission to the scientific sessions, coffee breaks, the reception and a concert evening.

All presenting authors of accepted abstracts are expected to register. Abstracts without a registered presenting author will be withdrawn from the program.

Cancellation policy

Requests for cancellation of conference participation must be submitted by email to praha2026@vscht.cz. For refund requests received by August 1, 2026, an administrative fee of 40 EUR will be deducted, and any applicable bank fees may also be withheld. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date, nor in cases of non-attendance or unforeseen events. Refunds will be processed shortly after the end of the conference.
