Plíva Prize

PRAHA2026 Plíva prizes will be awarded for the most outstanding oral presentation by a student or young researcher. In order to be eligible for the PRAHA2026 Plíva Prize, a candidate:

  • must be the primary (first) author of the work being presented
  • should assume the sole responsibility for the oral presentation
  • must not be older than 35 years (at the time of the meeting)
  • should either be preparing a PhD thesis
  • or have been awarded the degree within the last 24 months (at the time of the meeting)

Students or young researchers who want to submit their talk into the competition for the PRAHA2026 Plíva Prize should indicate this intention by selecting the appropriate option during the conference registration.
