Invited lectures will be held in lecture hall AII. Each plenary lecture is scheduled for 45 minutes, including discussion.
Contributed talks are scheduled for a regular presentation time of 15 minutes (12 + 3 min discussion). The contributed talks will be organized in parallel sessions taking place in lecture rooms AI, AII and B11. These lecture rooms are located in close proximity to one another. Maps showing their locations will be available on the conference website soon.
The mini-symposia (sessions B, J, and M) will be organized around keynote speakers and additional short-format oral contributions from participants in the conference. All mini-symposia will take place in lecture hall AII. Unlike the contributed talks, mini-symposia will not be organized in parallel sessions, allowing participants to attend all keynote lectures and short-format oral contributions. Keynote lectures are scheduled for 30 minutes, including discussion. The short-format oral contributions are scheduled for 15 minutes (12 + 3 min discussion).
Poster sessions will be held in the foyer of lecture hall AI, AII, and in the adjacent surrounding areas on Monday and Tuesday afternoons. Posters should be prepared in portrait orientation. The recommended maximum size is 150 cm (height) × 110 cm (width).
