This website is operated in connection with the HRMS 2026 Conference, organised by the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague. Conference registration and payments are processed through the University’s registration and payment systems. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Personal data are collected and processed solely for purposes related to the organisation and administration of the conference. This includes conference registration, abstract submission and evaluation, invoicing and accounting, communication with participants, and ensuring the proper functioning and security of this website. The processed data may include name, affiliation, email address, billing details, registration information, and limited technical data such as IP address or cookies. Payment card details are not stored by the conference organisers.

Personal data are processed on the legal basis of performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests related to conference organisation, or consent where required. Data are retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and in accordance with applicable legal requirements, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

Personal data may be shared with trusted service providers involved in conference management, website hosting, or payment and invoicing services.
